Dominic Theurer, M.Sc. graduated with a master's degree in business management from the Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences in 2017 and previously studied business administration. He gained professional experience in all business areas of the family business and took over the management of the company after his father, Karl Georg Theurer, MD, resigned in March 2021. He also worked in one of the largest state banks in Germany and in a social composite institution offering various forms of non-profit assistance and care. Dominic Theurer has always had a close relationship with the philosophy and the products of the traditional family business and has made it his goal to further expand the position in the pharmaceutical market and to lead vitOrgan to an internationally renowned naturopathy company.

Jürgen Leist has been working successfully in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 35 years in various management positions in different pharmaceutical companies in Germany and on an international level.
Parallel to his work at Hoechst AG, he successfully completed his studies in business administration in Mainz in 1994. He is also a certified pharmaceutical sales representative.
For the past 12 years, he has been active in the management of medium-sized, family-owned pharmaceutical companies. In 2015, he successfully founded the German subsidiary of a Portuguese pharmaceutical company and achieved a sustainable perception and appreciation of the company and its products among the respective customer groups after only 4 years.
