Authorized return of goods:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-130cb78 font-roboto fs-16 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"130cb78\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><strong>Once vitOrgan Arzneimittel GmbH has approved the return of goods<\/strong>, please enclose the <strong>returns notification<\/strong> and <strong>a<\/strong> <strong>copy of the invoice<\/strong> or <strong>delivery bill<\/strong> with the return shipment.<\/li><li>Returns must be marketable and in their original packaging.<\/li><li>The costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the customer, unless the complaint was caused by vitOrgan Arzneimittel GmbH. In the case of unstamped returns, the postage costs incurred will be deducted from the credit note if a claim for reimbursement exists.<\/li><li><p>In order to ensure controlled shipment of the medicines, a return shipment must be made with a qualified pharmaceutical logistics service provider, preferably trans-o-flex (temperature-controlled between 15-25\u00b0C).<br \/>Please send the return safely and well packed in sturdy shipping cartons to our <strong>delivery address<\/strong>:<\/p><p><strong>vitOrgan Arzneimittel GmbH<\/strong><br \/><strong>Retourenabteilung<br \/><\/strong><strong>Brunnwiesenstra\u00dfe 21<br \/><\/strong><strong>D-73760 Ostfildern<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0ae9417 h2-fs elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0ae9417\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4.
