You should pay attention to this:

To make the process as simple and convenient as possible for you, please note the following points:

• A returns notification is required for the return.
  It would be best if you downloaded our returns notification from our homepage.
  You are also welcome to request it by telephone.

• Please always report returns by e-mail.
  Please send the returns notification, a copy of the delivery bill (usually a copy of the invoice) and photos in the event of transport damage: Mail: retouren@vitorgan.de
• Temperature certificates for the storage period can be requested from us in individual cases.
• Please send the return to our address securely and well packaged, in sturdy shipping cartons and with sufficient postage, ensuring the prescribed storage conditions.
• Returned medicines may be shipped only with carriers/parcel service providers that are authorized to transport medicines (e.g. Trans-O-Flex, GO)
• The amount of the refund is calculated on the basis of the purchase price actually paid.
  Any price changes after the purchase of the goods to be returned cannot be claimed.
• Please note that return deliveries without proper storage or shipment via unauthorized service providers are excluded from reimbursement.

Please note the following requirements so that we can process a return quickly and successfully:

• As a matter of principle, only undamaged goods purchased directly from vitOrgan Arzneimittel GmbH in their original condition will be accepted and checked as returns.
• The returns advice note must be completed in full, stamped and signed, otherwise it cannot be processed.
• For an approved return, you will receive a returns number from us, which you should subsequently enter in the returns notification.
• Please enclose the returns notification and a copy of the delivery bill (usually a copy of the invoice) with the return shipment.
• The delivery date is no longer than 6 months ago.
