Your tasks are:
- Creation and archiving of documents according to GMP guidelines such as HP, HV, SOP and FB
- Document maintenance and coordination of document flow
- Collaboration in the Batch Record Review
- Correction and coordination of packaging materials
- Provision of documents of sufficient quality and up-to-dateness for authorities:
o Preparation and maintenance of registration/authorization documents (CMC writing)
o Change notifications
o Literature searches
Your profile:
- A completed bachelor’s degree in natural sciences or a completed scientific
education - Organizational skills
- Independent, committed, goal-oriented and deadline-oriented way of working
- Good communication skills, a sense of responsibility and enjoyment of teamwork
- Very good written and spoken German
- Good knowledge of English desirable
- Professional experience working in the healthcare sector
- GMP knowledge an advantage

Event Manager (m/f/d) - with immediate effect

- Conception, organization and follow-up of events in presence and digital
- Ensuring optimal annual planning of all events
- Ensuring coordinated, efficient and logical event handling with management of the
participant processes from invitation to after-event communication - Regular and close exchange with all specialist departments and speakers with continuous further development of
processes and events - Participation in the creation of e-mail newsletters and integration of special offers incl.
graphic adaptations - Participation in the development and implementation of our marketing strategy
- Occasional representation of the company at trade fairs, specialist training courses, etc.
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed a degree in event management, tourism management, media and
communications management, economics or comparable professional training - You are a strong communicator and have a personable and competent manner
- You are confident in using all common MS Office programs
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action, organizational talent and your personal commitment are important
components of your qualification - Ideally, you have basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs
- A structured way of working with a strong sense of responsibility and enjoyment of teamwork is important to you
- Good written and spoken English skills round off your profile

Production/dispatch employee (m/f/d) - immediately
About us:

Your tasks are:
- Picking shipping goods, assembling, checking, packing and dispatching orders
- Order picking of exhibition goods (literature and samples according to specifications)
- Packaging work: Packaging/repackaging of cosmetic products
- Cleaning work with prompt documentation: Preparation of cleanroom garments and cleanroom mops, i.e. washing, drying, autoclaving and packing
- Cleaning and disinfection of class D and C cleanrooms and in the black area in accordance with the facility-specific cleaning plan
Your profile:
- Completed training and/or professional experience as a shipping or production employee
- Ideally initial experience in a GMP-regulated environment
- A good mix of pragmatic approach and structured work
- Good communication skills, a sense of responsibility and enjoy working in a team
- Good written and spoken German
