A soulful spirit of research, unshakeable faith and the courage to put his ideas into practice – these were the hallmarks of our company founder Prof. Dr. Karl Eugen Theurer.
To this day, his attitude has had a decisive influence on our company.
Already during his medical studies in Freiburg, Theurer excelled with promising ideas.
His ability to always take a different perspective opened up unrecognized potential.

His openness led him to the subject areas of genetics and developmental biology.
He was particularly fascinated by the topics of regulation and regeneration.
This is where he saw his future – a groundbreaking decision!
Because beyond the scientific background, Theurer thought about the significance of developmental biology for everyday medical practice.
By bridging the gap between the two disciplines, he laid the foundation for the pioneering biomolecular vitOrgan therapy.

1954

vitOrgan is by the physician and visionary Prof. Dr. med. Karl Eugen Theurer and is still an independent family business in its third generation. in the third generation.

1967

Market launch: vitOrgan preparations are available on the German market as injection preparations for human and veterinary use.

Due to the growing success of biomolecular therapy, a further series of almost 70 injection preparations was subsequently developed.

1972

The subsidiary Regena Ney with its high-quality cosmetic products and food supplements is founded.

Dr. med. Karl Georg Theurer, the son of the founder, joins the company.
A groundbreaking step towards the later transition to the second generation.

1988

The subsidiary Innovapharm, which stands for its Bach flower series with biomolecular active ingredients, is established.

1999

The post-authorization procedure for all medicinal products currently on the market begins.

2002

A selection of injection preparations is approved in Austria.

2007

Our injection preparations in strength D7 are successfully re-registered with the Federal Office for Drugs in accordance with §38 of the German Medicines Act.

2012

Start of internal modernization, especially in the area of production, with a comprehensive redesign of the clean room area, the heart of our production, which further increases the product quality from vitOrgan.

2014

The worldwide unique production takes place in our own sterile area in order to continue to guarantee drug safety at our site in Germany in accordance with the provisions of the German Medicines Act (AMG) and the valid Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia (HAB).

2015

The ALLERGOSTOP®-KIT is introduced.
This kit enables all therapists to offer the remarkable counter-sensitization according to Dr. Theurer independently in their practice rooms.

2016

The development of our product Conisan N eye drops has been completed.

The company is also establishing its own analytical laboratory to implement the highest quality standards.

2017

From now on, the NeyVit series offers the possibility to complement a regulative treatment by means of biomolecular vitOrgan therapy with the food supplements NeyVit® No. 29 Thymus and NeyVit® No. 66 Cell Power in a sensible and long-term way.

2018

Our subsidiary RegenaNey succeeds in expanding its cosmetic product range with the market launch of NeyHair® Vital Hair Tonic.

2019

In Switzerland, 22 selected injectable preparations are subsequently registered in the canton of Appenzell-Ausserrhoden.

2021

Dominic Theurer, the grandson of the founder, takes over the management of all existing companies.

2022

The NeyDent-dental care series is with NeyDent® nature supplemented.
